Red Hill Inn Hotel and Spa

The Red Hill Yacht Charters & Hotel, located on Isla Solarte, is nearly completed and is ready for the eventual owner/operator to put the final touches on. The Maritime Concession and Catastro Tourism Concession have been granted and are in place. The waterfront property with beautiful hilltop views of the bay and the island of Bastimentos consists of approx. 11 hectares (27 acres) and has a 4800 sq. ft. (approx. 440 mtrs.sq.) home/office/reception building as its centerpiece.
